We kicked off the year with an exciting discovery. After two years of operation at Seattle Children’s, Vera discovered two truths about patient engagement. First, when employees use an employer-funded, on-site clinic even once, employers experience a significant decrease in the associated costs and medical claims. Second, that cost decrease becomes even more significant the more engaged employees are with clinic providers and services. Those discoveries led us to create one of our favorite white papers: Two Truths About Patient Engagement And Healthcare Costs.
Every year, Seattle Business Magazine holds an awards ceremony for the area’s most influential companies. We were thrilled when they announced Vera Whole Health as the event’s gold winner as Washington’s Health Care Delivery Company of the Year.
